Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to The Neeraj Luxury Hotels.
• “You”, “guest”, “user” refers to any person visiting or using our site or booking a stay or services offered by us.
• “Booking” / “Reservation” refers to the reservation of rooms or other hotel services made through our site or via any communication channel with us.

Booking & Reservation

• All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after:
⦁ Receipt of payment or deposit (as specified during the booking process)
⦁ Issuance of a confirmation email from us.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal & payment information. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment or deposit is not received within the time frame communicated during booking.

Communications

By using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you for service-related purposes and, where you have provided consent, for marketing purposes via channels including but not limited to SMS, Email, RCS, WhatsApp, and Voice.

Payment & Charges

• Room rates, charges for extra services (if any), taxes & any additional fees will be as specified in the booking confirmation.
• All payments must be made via the payment methods permitted on the site or as communicated by us.
• Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), unless specified otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise or change rates, offers & package details at any time before confirmation.

Guest Conduct & Use of Facilities

• Guests must respect hotel property, staff, other guests & abide by all house rules communicated at check-in or displayed on-site.
• Activities that are illegal, offensive, disruptive or violate local laws are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking (before or during stay) without refund, if a guest is found violating hotel rules or engaging in misconduct.

Check-In, Check-Out & Stay Conditions

• Check-in & check-out times will be as specified in the booking confirmation (or as per the hotel’s standard policy). Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed, subject to availability & additional charges.
• Guests may be required to show a valid government-approved photo identity (passport or valid government-issued ID) at the time of check-in (especially for foreign nationals).
• Use of room & hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property during stay, except in case of proven negligence by hotel staff.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation terms (if any) will be communicated at the time of booking.
• In case of cancellation or no-show beyond the permitted period, cancellation charges may apply (e.g. partial or full payment).
• Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the hotel’s refund policy & prevailing laws.

Liability & Disclaimer

• The information on this site (including room rates, descriptions, availability) is provided “as is” & “as available.” We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that it is error-free, complete or constantly updated.
• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising out of use of the site or reliance on any information or services obtained through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time (for instance, to comply with legal requirements or improve services). The updated Terms will be effective once posted on the site. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand (or as per the hotel’s registered address).
